Holidays. In this 4-hour hands on class you’ll be working with CakePlay’s precooked Isomalt, heat lamps and learning
pulling and shaping technique to create beautiful multicolored ribbons as we make this beautiful cake topper or centerpiece.
In class we will covers Safe, Clarity, Humidity, flavoring and storing Isomalt as well.
Base and words will be premade as it just a simple pour but will be demo in class to save time.
