Processing and Production Time:

Order Processing: Please note that items only ship after they are produced. As many of our products are custom-made, the time needed to create each item will vary based on the product type, order size, and current workload.
Production Times:
- Edible Bottles, Ice Cubes, and Mini Bottles: 7-10 Business Days
- Custom Edible Images / Precuts on Frosting Paper: 48-72 Business Hours
- Wafer Paper Designs (Feathers, Music Sheets, Butterflies): 48-72 Business Hours
- Personalized Lollipops: 1-2 Weeks on average for small orders

Confectionery Supplies:

Sugar Skull Supplies stocks various confectionery items including Chocolate, Whip N Ice, Icing, Glitter Dust, Poppy Paints, Artisan Accents, Fondant, Luster Dusts, and more. We aim to process orders within 48-72 Business Hours. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to either wait for the product to be restocked or to offer a refund.

Shipping Times:

Your choice of shipping will determine how quickly your item arrives. Once we have shipped your order, we cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise with the shipping company. In the event of a shipping issue, please contact us, and we will work with you to track the package and possibly rush a replacement if needed, on a case-by-case basis.

USPS Shipping Options:

First Class Mail: 5-7 Business Days (St. Louis area averages 1 Business Day; not guaranteed)
Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days (St. Louis area averages 1 Business Day; not guaranteed)
Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days (Guaranteed)

Important Notes:

Date Required: If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the order notes so we can prioritize accordingly.
Rush Orders: If you require a same-day turnaround, a rush fee will be assessed. Priority Mail shipments take precedence over First Class shipments.
Shipping Carriers: While USPS is our default shipping method, we can arrange shipping through FedEx, UPS, or another carrier upon request.
