Since this is a custom product, no returns will be accepted. It will be handcrafted by a professional wood craftsman and no two boxes will be alike due to the nature of woodgrain, paints and logo choices. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your custom box to be ready. Please provide a quality logo if you would like to have your logo included. If you prefer a custom message on the front, a proof will come for your approval before the customization begins.
