The Art of Frosting Class
In this class learn the Art of Buttercream & More! We will discuss various frostings as a whole, demo a batch of each of the most popular frostings including Royal, American Buttercream, Swiss Meringue, Italian Meringue and French Meringue while discussing their Pros & Cons... in addition to tips and tricks. Each student will get to fill a piping bag for a hands-on experience with each frosting made to see the difference when piping. You will get to taste each of the most popular frostings and go home with a printed recipe guide from NFD.

Seats are limited to 10 people per workshop offering. Recommended for adults & mature middle schoolers. All supplies provided in classes at NFD.
